Ahead of the Little Mix concert at the Kent Event Centre in Detling near Maidstone, where 30,00 fans are expected to congregate to cheer the chart-topping girl band, a list of strict dos and don???ts remain wide in circulation, by the organisers.
Though initially bottles of drinking water were strictly banned from the premises, the recent spate of heat wave has forced the organisers to do a rejig on their original decision and allow for a 500 ml bottle per ticket, with provisions of refilling them inside the venue. Food, from outside, is however strictly off-premises unless validated on medical grounds. There will be adequate outlets inside the arena to provide food and refreshment beverages, medical assistance and toilet facility.
Other objects which are banned inside the concert arena are bags exceeding A4 size, camera with long lens, iPads, selfies ticks, banners of poster over A3 size, any other controversial print material, any sharp, pointed or weapons of offense, drug or narcotics, seating arrangement of any kind, inflammable materials like aerosols, gas canisters, fireworks or explosive fluids, umbrellas and marker or laser pens.

Authorities have also notified that heavy traffic is anticipated in the area on the date and people should likewise be prepared for inadvertent delays. The Kent Traffic Council has issued statutory warning to channelize the traffic on the A249. Parking shall only be allowed from 12 p.m. onwards. Lane 2 of A249 shall remain closed during entry duration to allow vehicles to right turn into the showground. The programme is set to commence at 5.40 p.m. with the opening set to the tunes of DJ set and the curtains will be drawn by 9.45 p.m.
