Nawazuddin Siddiqui will perform rap song for the film 'Bole Chudiyan', Nawazuddin is ready to change the image
Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be seen performing a rap song while romancing with village girls as a bangle seller in his next film 'Bole Chudiyan'. Seeing this, it seems that Nawazuddin is absolutely ready to change his image with this film. The National Award-winning actor earned praise for his portrayal of Faizal in Anurag Kashyap's 'Gangs of Wasseypur' after his long struggle in Bollywood. After acting brilliantly in recent films such as 'Manto', 'Thackeray' and 'Photograph', perhaps he now feels that he needs to take a short break from his image.
Nawazuddin spoke to reporters on Saturday evening in the promotion of 'Bole Chudiyan' and during this time he was more excited to talk about his experience as a rapper. Talking about his rap in the film's title song 'Swaggy Chudiyan', he said, "I am not a singer, but I have to say that the experience of rapping a song is totally different. Yes, I have changed the lyrics. Learned and practiced it, but somewhere it was the music director who got this performance out of me. " In the film, Nawaz will be seen selling bangles while singing this rap song.
It may be that Nawaz is changing his image with 'Bole Chudiyan', but Nawaz, who is always perfect about his characters, explained his decision to sing this song to the people, saying, "In the coming time i have no desire to be a singer, but this particular rap song had something desi that goes perfectly with my voice. That is why they asked me to sing this song. " Nawazuddin further said, "When I was younger, I used to listen to the songs of Mohammad Rafi and Kishore Kumar. I am a fan of them." 'Bole Chudiyan' is a romantic-drama style film and this film is even more important for Nawaz because his brother Shamas Nawaz Siddiqui is going to step into the direction of this film.
Shamas is also waiting for this film to succeed so that his launching can be done well in the industry. Nawaz's film had already become a topic of discussion when a controversy arose over the film's lead actress Mouni Roy.
Initially Mouni was the lead actress of the film, but later she was shown a way out of the film due to her 'unprofessional behavior' and later replaced by actress Tamannaah Bhatia opposite Nawaz. However, when asked about this to Nawaz, he cleverly responded by saying, "Look, I am working as an actor in the film and I will just say that we are lucky that Tamannaah is associated with this film." Nawaz added, "What happened between the producer and the actress of the film is their issue. I will not comment on it, but I am excited to be working with Tamanna." The story of the film being based on the background of Uttar Pradesh, it is very close to Nawaz's heart as this place has been the ancestral land of Nawaz.
Nawaz is going to work with his brother for the first time with this film. He is also very excited to work with Anurag Kashyap and Rajpal Yadav. Anurag Kashyap considers Nawaz his friend who gave Nawaz a big break of his career 'Gangs of Wasseypur'. Anurag and Nawaz have worked as actors in another film called 'Ghoomketu' which is yet to be released.
